Oysters and Sake Tasting Feb. 13, 5-7pm
Our personal sake guru, Jessica of Sake Tengoku, is joining us for our first sake tasting at the shop. You know Jessica's work from the top-notch sake we feature during our pop-up dinners. She's like our sake stylist. We tell her the food or the vibe, and she comes through with the sake that pulls it all together. We’ve pulled together a sake flight, plus a couple of dope higher-end options by the glass that are a perfect match with oysters and caviar. Sake and oysters are offered individually, so if one or the other isn’t your vibe, no fret. We will still have our regular menu with cider, champagne, bubbles, and our delicious caviar.
